Even though there are provincial regulations and laws forbidding the hiring of certain individuals for private military and security companies (PMSC's), Argentina is a federation of provinces, where the regulation of private security services is a competency of the provinces. Do tho this, why do they not have national regulations to address and regulate these issues like Brazil does?
